Don't know where to post this...

A customer want an application for a portable pc (Pocket pc or what ever
it's called)
there are several different operating systems.

First question, what type of hand-held pc should my customer use?
Second, what kind of OS is recomended?
Third, is there devices and emulators available from microsoft to be
installd
in .NET 2003?
