OT: opening html

Whenever I click html hyperlink, it opens up Firefox instead of Internet
Explorer.
How can I change the association of html from firefox to IE7. TIA

Custom + Down Arrow | Choose a default Web browser. Select the radio button
for Internet Explorer.
