OT - OE Posting Problems

Keep getting this when sending posts to NG's.

Outlook Express could not post your message. Subject 'Re: Paging B12
Owners', Account: 'Blueyonder News', Server: 'news.blueyonder.co.uk',
Protocol: NNTP, Server Response: '441 Posting Failed ("From" Header not in
Internet Syntax.)', Port: 119, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 441, Error
Number: 0x800CCCA9

Any ideas?

Go to Tools | Accounts and double click the account. Make sure that your
email address is in proper syntax (e.g., contains ' @ ').
