OT: MPEG Level 1 Codec

I'm trying to view videos on the Cisco CNAP CD, but it requires mpeg level 1
encodes, I'm using Windows XP and cannot view any moment pictures, only its
sound. Can anyone help me where I can download the codecs for this type of
file? I'm using Windows Media Player that comes with XP SP1. I check on the
status when the program is running and it gives an error trying to download
the codec. Thanks
