OT: How do you search these newsgroups

Everytime I try to search postings here, the only things
that appear are the last ten or so postings, regardless
of what date range I ask for...What am i doing wrong?

When I want to search news group archives for any subject, I use Google:
http://groups.google.com

If I want to confine the search to the newsgroups devoted to Access, I use
the Advanced Search feature:

http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search?hl=en

and fill in the text box labeled "Return only messages from the newsgroup"
with microsoft.public.access.*

Possibly searching in the wrong place. Try going to

http://groups.google.com

and using "Advanced Search". Limit the search newsgroups to
"microsoft.public.access.*" and apply any other criteria you wish.
