why would anyone need an invite if they can now set up an account (or
*10* accounts) with their cell phone. what are you, daft?
Not everyone has a US based cell phone, some of us do not even have a
cell phone.

Is gmail only available in the US, I'm in N. Ireland?
I'm at robb.scott(remove).36 @gmail.com and I have 50 invites to send so
if you want one yell out.
In Australia we have had free pop access to Yahoo email accounts from
http://au.yahoo.com and also from http://uk.yahoo.com for 10 years or
more. Also http://ca.yahoo.com/ works but http://it.yahoo.com/ doesn't
speak English.

Access your Gmail inbox and look at "Invite a Friend" group.
Within it you find a box where you type the email address of the person
you want to invite. Do it and press "Send Invite".
