OT Change of hour: winter schedule

The change of winter schedule will be made the last Sunday of the month of
October, this is, next the 29 of October, being delayed one hour the clocks.
The hour in which the change is made they are 03:00, happening then to be
02:00. That date the day really happens to have 25 hours, gaining one more
hour.
