OT Attach computer speakers to TV

I guess it's common knowledge, but you can use your old computer
speakers to enhance the sound of your television simply by connecting
them to the headphone output jack on the TV. Nice use when I upgrade my
speakers. Of course, some people don't care much about PC sound and
wouldn't bother upgrading. I don't know if it works for anything better
than 2.1 speakers.

Not OT at all. I've used older Altec Lansing computer speakers on a couple
of smaller TVs. Sounds awesome. -Dave
