OS disc help

hello I just purchase a windows media pc , but the system came without the OS
instalation disc "WINDOWS MEDIA CENTER " I contacted a seller company and
said doesn't have a disc because a contract to microsoft , also I have some
spyware and products in this pc , I just want to install my programs I cannot
do it without a original disc..?...also in the case have a key product
.....can somebody help me in this please? thanks

you mean the company you bouhgt computer from?

some computers MFG have you make your own "Recovery CD(s)"!!

check your documentation or contact seller tech support!!

who made PC? Dell, Gateway, eMachine????
 
thanks for the response the pc is a pavilion hp; a1210n , they have a
"Recovery disc" but they will ship to me , that cd will apply to what I am
looking for ...? thanks

Read the manual that came with your new HP or look on HP's tech support
website for your specific model computer. AFAIK, new HP's ship with a
program that lets you create your own recovery cd's. If your HP did not
come with the ability to do this (and I really think it did; you just
didn't look or if you looked, didn't find it) then order the recovery
cd's from HP.

thanks amigos hp recovery disc is on the way , question; with this recovery
disc I can be able to install a original media windows so I can put just my
stuff ...instaed of all the hp comercial..?thanks
 
That depends on what they actually send you! Most likely you will need
to uninstall the "bonus" features.
