Orphaned outlook data file

Hi,
We have a user on terminal server 2003 using office 2003. They renamed a
pst file that was open in outlook 2003. Now they cannot close the archive
file. I tried creating a new mail profile but that did not get rid of it (I
used the same profile name as before). Any ideas how to get this closed?

Create a new profile with a different name.

Thanks, that worked. I guess the profile does not get completely deleted.
