Originating email will not send

When starting a new originating email from my outlook it just stays in my
outbox and will not send.
I recieve email just fine and can reply to any email and add other sender
names to it as well without any issues.
But every time I start a new email it just sits in my outbox does anyone
know what the problem could be...

Please note for the future, try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them. Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

What in the original post led you to believe that the OP was using Outlook
Express?

Well those settings maybe for Outlook Express both Express and Outlook work
at gathering mail the same way... All I know is that I set my pop and smtp in
Outlook to what comcast recommends and now my Laptop works just fine...
