Organizing Mail by "Threads"

Is there a way to organize OL (2002 and 2003) e-mail by "thread?" What I
think I would like, if possible, is a sort of "conversation" approach,
rather like the way the posts appear in this forum (at least the way I see
it in OL Express). Such a view, for example, might start with an incoming
message from Bill Gates (right!), say the one where he is going to give me
$100 for every e-mail I send; my response thanking him profusely would
eventually show up under it; his reply that I am dumber than I look would
show up beneath that, etc. Or maybe a thread starts with my e-mail to Bill
complaining about some Microsoft thing; it would be followed by his
insistence that his software represents the pinnacle of all civilization,
not merely western civilization; that would be followed by my idiotic reply
that he is overlooking Mozart or maybe Snoop Dog or Howard Stern or your
favorite football team; followed by his reply that I am dumber than I look

Even if it is possible to do this, could there might be reasons not to? It
justs to me that such a view would let me see who has responded to my
messages or whether I have responded to theirs, without having to jump back
and forth between Inbox and Sent Items.

Click View>Arrange By>Conversation.
