Organizing Favorites

Does anyone know how to change how the favorites folder
is displayed? I would like all the folders listed first
and then the sites listed below in alphabetical order.

You should be able to open favorites from the top tool
Click to expand...
bar, then drag the folders to where you want them. Worked
on mine with IE 6
