Organize By Color Will Not Turn Off (Outlook 2002)

Help!

Our Regional Manager has turned on the organize by color function for
E-mails he receives. It works fine most of the time. However, there is one
sender whose E-mails will not change color. He added an Automatic Formatting
(using the button in the Organzie frame) and now it cannot be deleted or
turned off!

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are you going into the custom view menu? Use the advanced button on the
right of the organize pane or see
http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/viewmenu.htm. Delete it from there...

There are a number of reasons why it's not working - the sender name needs
to match exactly and the order of rules matters.

We went ahead and deleted all the entries and started over. Otherwise, even
after deleting, the entry came back. Once they were all gone and then
recreated, things seemed to work porperly.

Thanks though.
