I am trying to publish a custom form with custom fields to the Organizational Forms Library. I have set the permissions in Exchange Server to make myself the owner of the public folders. The library is created and I have double checked every permission setting. Yet, when I try to publish the form, it says it cannot complete because I do not permission to publish to the Organizational Forms Library.
I am using Server 2003 Standard with Exchange 2003 Standard. I am working on a workstation with XP Professional.
