You can get anything that can be represented as a structured database into
MS ACCESS, and an org chart would certainly fit into that category. What
exactly is the problem you are running into when you try?

You would design the data structure that you want to use, then build tables
and create fields for the tables that reflect that data structure. Then you
would create queries that allow you to do the data analysis that you need,
and build reports, based on queries and tables, that report the information
in the form that you want it. That's what a database does. What exactly are
the problems you are running into when you try to do this for an org chart?

Did you ever get the help you were looking for on this subject? I am looking
to find out how to make one myself and haven't been lucky. Any help?
