Organizational chart toolbar?

Downloaded an organizational chart template from microsoft website and double
clicking does not open org chart "toolbar".
 
Hi,

Been away for a while. What version of PowerPoint do you have and do you get
any error messages? When the application is open, can you right click on any
other toolbar and put a checkmark against the toolbar you need (I don't have
a version I can look at or test here).

Hello:
I use Powerpoint 2000 SP-3. The Org Cht toolbar does not open when double
clicking on document. "Format Object" toolbar is the only item popping up.
Does not show error messages.
