organizational chart

my database includes everyone's direct supervisors and levels and department
heads...is there a way to make access generate an organizational chart?

i know word and powerpoint do, just trying to use the db for more purposes

I'd use a parent-child relationship.. and then write a query.

I do know that parent-child relationships are the most wonderful thing
in the world.
Access doesn't support them as well as SQL Server does though
