Organizational Charts in Power Point 2003

Why can't I drop and drag chart boxes on the organizational chart using
PowerPoint 2003? I should be able to drag and drop and it won't let me. I am
trying to change the order of the boxes on the organizationa chart.
 
How are you doing it? Select and drag a box and drop it on the box that you
want it to report to. That's how it works here. What happens when you try it?
 
You may need to turn off the autolayout option on the Org Chart/Diagramming
toolbar.
