can powerpoint 2000 organization chart work in windows XP?

I have powerpoint 2000 on a room of windows XP machines. Organizationa
charts work in my room of Windows 2000ME but do not work in the XP room. Why?

What do you mean by "do not work"? Do you get an error message when you
double-click to edit an org chart? Does PPT crash when you use Insert|Org
Chart? Something else?
