Optional check boxes

Hi!
I'm trying to generate a form that has a number of questions and five
optional answers with check boxes to each question. Is there a reasonably
easy way to define that only one of the five options is selected at a time?
Thus, selecting a new option would delete the previous selection.
 
Thanks a lot for the hint!

It worked well and was fairly easy to apply. As mentioned in the article,
the only drawback is the reduced usability with tab or arrow keys, but it is
nevertheless an excellent 80% solution.
