Option won't allow access

I have been accessing a web site for several months. Now when I attempt to
access the very same option nothing
happens. I am able to access all other options at this site. No popup
blockers are installed on my computer. This site can be accessed using
Netscape 4.7 or 7.1.

CANNOT OPEN SOME SITES Three things to try:

1. Clear your TIF and History completely:

2. Check your C:\Windows\Cookies folder and delete any cookies that relate to the sites in question.

3. Check your C:\Windows\Hosts file as per this article:
