Optimizing Windows 2000/2003 Server

On Windows NT 4.0 Server we used the option "optimize troughput for
network application" to optimize it for MAC Clients.
Does this still apply to Windows 2000/2003 Server ? Is Services for
MAC still network App or File Sharing ?
Do we also set this even if we have some (1-5) PC´s in our network and
using Exchange for both pc´s and macs ?

It will help to set your server to optimize for network applications with
Exchange and SFM.
