OPK download

Can anyone shed some light on the Download. I registered as a partner, used
the download tool and started to download the OPK for Vista. This took
forever but once done I could not open it. The file is an ISO and I can't
seem to find anything that supports this of will open it.

Any tips would be greatfully received.
