Are you sure that you got the opk verison and not the SA version.
The SA version doesn't include udfformat

SA meaning simply WinPE or are there multiple versions of the OPK? Our IT
shop has WinPE and I ordered OPK from a vendor we get our XPE licenses from.

SA is Software Assurance, A licensing agreement with microsoft that gives
among other things access to WinPE.

There is multiple packages of PE, one of theese are the OPK, another is the
download version for SA Customers and there is a verion you can buy, modify
and sell to your customers.

We're an embedded OEM. I'm charged with creating a recovery solution for the
devices we manufacture (embedded PCs). The challenge is there is no CD-ROM
so I'm limited to using USB mass storage devices. The BIOS supports booting
from USB but I need a way to mark thumb drives bootable in order to make this
work. Based on the info you provided, I've got the OPK but possibly the
embedded version. formatUFD is the only reason I ordered the OPK as we're
already licensed under SA.
