Opinion on quoted spec for new PC

Could you let me have your opinions on the following spec for a new build, guy is charging 1398.95 Auz $ so thats about 600 quid. It will be used for pretty undemanding stuff, MS office, MYOB, internet, unlikely to be any gaming, want XP now but a core spec that with another gig or two or RAM can run Vista at some point down the line.
