Operation Failed

My co-worker was sending email fine all day. After trying to send an
email to a group, he began to get an operation failed message whenever
he would hit send. He can still send emails to other people. We tried
creating a new message to the same group with the same contents and it
produced the same operation failed message. Everything else seems to
be funcitoning normally. We tried closing out of outlook and word. We
are using an Exchange server setup. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

My co worker has resolved the issue. This may be helpful for others
who are having this issue. One of the recipients was listed in his
contacts twice. We he first entered the contact information, he didn't
have an email (just a phone number). A week later, he created a second
contact card of the same name with an email. When he typed in the
contact's name, it drew from the first card instead of the second.
Therefore, there was no email for that contact. Once he deleted the
first contact card (without the email), it drew from the second card
and the email was sent out fine. For reference we are using Outlook
2003.

I hope that this can help someone out there.
Thanks.
