Operation failed when sending meeting update

I'm attempting to add an invitee to a meeting notice, when i click send
update > send to only the added or deleted attendees, I get an opertation
failed error. I don't want to send it to all again or cancel the meeting &
resend as there are over 300 attendees that I'm tracking in a different
worksheet as well.
