'operation could not be completed'

Could anyone plse help?

i am installing a new printer and it throws up 'operation
could not be completed', so i am unable to print despite
having all the drivers installed.

Are you logged on as an Administrator or a User with Admin Rights when you
try to install the printer?

What make and model printer are you trying to install?

How are you connecting it to the PC?
