I searched though the conversion discussions and didn't see one with my
issue. I have an old database that works great with Windows 95/ Office 97.
Once we upgraded to XP/Office 2002 when I try to convert the database I get
"The current owner doesn't have permission to convert or enable this
database". I keep adding myself to the workgroup but still no go.

Can you help?

Can you help? Is there a way of changing the Office 97 database to open it exclusively? Would that help?
