How can I get web site windows to always open up in full screen rather than
a 1/2 size screen?

Also in Windows XP Explorer how do you get the windows to always display
"details" rather than titles or thumbnails, etc?

2nd:
Open a folder. Tools > Folder Options > View > Reset All Folders
Close the folder. Open and customize the folder view again. View > Apply to All Folders
