I have received an xls download and don't have excel installed. How can I view an xls spreadsheet in Office XP that was e-mailed and downloaded? I went to the microsoft site but don't know what to download to just view and print the spreadsheet.

Hi BrtnMgc!

You can download the Excel Viewer from:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/
Free (3.72MB)

Although the site doesn't mention it, it works for versions 97
upwards.
