Opening Word Attachments

I use Outlook for email. Anytime I receive a Word document as an attachment,
it freezes my system if I try to open it, forward or reply to the email.
Eventually it will say that Word is not repsonding. Any ideas on how to
correct this??
 
Ask your question in the Outlook forum and specify which versions of Outlook
and Word are involved.
