opening windows

when you open a window how can u set it where it
automacticlly opens in the big screen not the full screen
but the view before it where it covers all the screen and
still has all the toolbars

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
