Opening Win98 Backup file in WinXP Pro

I was wondering if it was possible to open a backup file I
created in Win98 with Windows XP Pro? Is there a utility
out there that does this? I would rather not dual install
win98 and extract it, but I will if I have to.
 
There may well be third-party software that can open MSBackup files in XP,
but XP itself can't do it. Bummer. You could find another computer running
Win 98 (don't know about ME) that has a CD burner and recover your files
there.
