opening pictures in email

when i click on a jpg attachement in an email, instead of opening the pic,
it minimizes it in the taskbar . How can I fix this? Is this a setting
in my Outlook (2003) or some kind of file association setting on my PC ?

Make sure you are single-not double-clicking on it. Or you can right click
and choose Open.
