Opening Outlook

When I open Outlook, I often get a message that my Personal Folders were not
closed properly so Outlook has to check them. This takes a couple of
minuites. But I can't see how to properly close my Personal Folders so this
doesn't happen. I thought that clicking on the icon next to the Personal
Folders so that the subfolders did not appear might do, but that doesn't seem
to work.

There is no specific reason behind this but,
1. when you install any add-ins for outlook - that means when you close
outlook the addin should(automatically) closed. - pls uncheck the addin and
try
2. If you have not exit outlook properly - will appear the same.
