Opening Outlook Attachments with different viewer

When I open an attachment (.jpg) in Outlook, (Windows XP) it opens with JASC Paint Shop Photo Album - really annoying
How can I change this default and have .jpg files open with a different program

Open My Computer, select Tools | Folder Options | File Types

Scroll through the list and select the entry for JPG file types

Select Change

Pick a different program
