Opening oft files

hey whats up everyone. my partner gave me a cd with our contact data base on
it. there are about 7 files that are saved as *.oft files. i have outlook
express 6 and i don't know what version of outlook he has, but the thing is
if i try to open the file it asks me open with... i don't know how to open
this stuff hopefully some can help me. thankx

Outlook and Outlook Express cannot open each other's files. You will not be
able to open an Outlook oft file with Outlook Express.
