Right click the folder and click "Explore" on the context menu.

Or

Create a shorcut and edit the command line following the instructions in
Microsoft Knowledgebase Article ID : 130510
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/130510/en-us):

Command-Line Switches for Windows Explorer

"Syntax
EXPLORER.EXE [/n][/e][,/root,<object>][[,/select],<sub object>]"

"/e: Uses Windows Explorer view. Windows Explorer view is most similar
