Opening multiple browser windows

I'm using Windows 2000 Professional and Internet
Explorer 6. No matter how many time I try to open another
browser window, one is all I get. I use that one fine but
sometime like to have more than one window open. But I
can't. Any suggestions?

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".
