Opening mail with window on top

When I start mail, sometimes it will open on top of a web page and sometimes
it will be minimized and I have to go to the bottom and click on the bar. Is
there a way I can have it always open the window on top?

I'm having the same problem. When I open Windows Mail or send an E-Mail,
it always goes to the Task Bar. I have to click "Restore" to open the
window. Must be a setting somewhere to fix this but I have not been able
to find it.

Open only ONE new mail>right click its button in the taskbar>select Move>use
your arrow keys to position it>left click to release.
Now importantly, you must resize the window by dragging the Edges with your
mouse to the size you want it to open>close it with the X>all mail windows
will open
now as you just sized and positioned them to do.
