Opening Jpeg problem

I used to be able to open jpgs as I received them and after my son installed
an I-tune site I am no longer able to. How do I correct it? I have to save
the file. The "assistant" thing says to go to "my computer", view and
options and change the settings. Only problem is I
don't have "options" under that setting. Advice???

Try this...
SAVE a pic, then right click on it and choose OPEN WITH|CHOOSE PROGRAM.
Select the viewer program of your choice, then...
checkmark the "always use" box, and click on OK.
