Opening Folders

When I double click on some folders I am taken to the search screen,
instead of the folder being opened to view its contents. If I right
click the folder the top item in dark print is search. How do I get
rid of this please.

Alternately, try the command-line below: courtesy of David Candy.

Type in Start, Run:

regsvr32 /i shell32.dll
