Opening folders and programs

Hello everyone:

I've been unsuccessful in my quest to make an Access based
application open each new window in a maximized state.
Some users have them all open up maximized but there's a
handful that don't have it open maximized. It's an
Access/SQL based app that brings up a new window each time
you go to a different module. We want each window that
opens in this application to open in a maximized state.

I've tries maximizing everything and then closing out but
that doesn't work. Any ideas out there?? Any assistance
would be greatly appreciated.

You would probably get better answers in the MS office
section, this is more OS then Office.
