Program will not display

I am unable to open a program on my windows 2000 server even though it
appears that it is open on my status bar. The program is running when I open
Task Manager. I have tried right click to see if I can restore or maximize
the program but restore and maximize are greyed out. I have scanned for
viruses and there does not appear to be any. What can cause this to happen?
The software provider of the application say there is nothing wrong with the
program but suggest it is a windows problem. P

Have you tried selecting "Move" then pressing one of the cursor keys
once then dragging the mouse pointer to the screen centre.

Often a program opens up "offscreen" and behaves in the way you
described.

The program does not open as a window only on the bar at the bottom of my
desktop representing the application is open. When I right click on the bar
the only option I have is to minimize and restore. There is no move
available.
