Hi
When I download a file from the internet, usually from Yahoo mail, The
windows pop-up message box tells me the download has finished and gives me
three options which include open and open folder. If I click on open folder
the computer hangs and I get an unresponsive error message pop up. Any idea?
Eats, roots and leaves.

Hello , I have heard when opening a "large" file , can create a "hang-up" .
Or a Fragmented C: drive may . I like to select "Analyze" and let the PC
decided if defragmentation is neccessary or no . Also , I like to "save" a
downloaded program specificaly to the 'Desktop" then scan . Then "open" .
During the download -or- upload process , the program will be save into a C:
drive folder or you may select from the window that will pop up and choose a
place to keep this program . The problem you are having ... I cannot help ya'
there .
