Opening Files (re-asked)

When doing FILE/OPEN, how do I set the default-view to "DETAILS? Also, how
do I get the "DETAILS" view to always have the same format (i.e., columns and
column-widths, etc)?

(I'm tired of switching from "List" to "Details" and then having to move
left or right to get the info I need).

I don't believe the Common Open Dialog supports a default setting.
