Opening Email Attachments

Prior to today I have not encountered a problem with opening a photo
attachment on an email. Now a notice comes up telling me to "Create An
Association In The Folder Options Control Panel." Can someone please tell me
how this is done? This is occuring on emails from various senders.

Thank You, Jack

Hi Jack,

Which filetype are you trying to open? Meanwhile, see these pages:

Hi Ramesh....I do not know the file type. They are all photo attachments from
various senders. The photos are in the jpg format. Is there a way to
determine the file type? As I have said....this is the first time that I have
had a problem with opening attachments. I do not recall making any
adjustments to my computer.

Thank You, Jack

Jack,

Try applying the .jpg file association fix from the link I mentioned.
