Try system restore to an earlier date and see if that will straighten things
a bit.
Make sure your system is clean from malware, grayware and viruses by
scanning a full scan.

Mostly caused by Malwares which create the Autorun.inf file on your drives
automatically or accidentally you placed them on the root of your drive. But
in your case if your all drives have Auto Play option exist when you
right-click on them then surely your pc will be infected.

First try this:

1. Open My Computer
2. Click Tools - Folder Options
3. Click "Show Hidden Files and Folders" and uncheck the option "Hide
protected operating system files (recommended)".
4. Right-click on any drive and choose open. If you are not able to open the
drive even through this way then type "[Drive Letter]:\" enter without quotes
in Address Bar. E.g. - C:\
5. Check if there is Autorun.inf file exist. Delete it. Do the same for all
drives and restart your PC.
6. Click Start, Run and type this command:

regsvr32 /i shell32.dll

7. Restart your PC and check if this solves the problem.

If after restart it automatically again create the files then your windows
is surely infected with malware. Then, try the following:
